- Arrange relevant safety certificates
- Prepare and sign tenancy agreement, collect first month’s rent and deposit
- Meet with tenant at property for handover
- Register deposit with deposit scheme
- Comprehensive inventory & schedule of condition report
- Notify the utility suppliers of the tenancy
- Rent collection
- Quarterly property visits
- Routine Maintenance management & instruct approved contractors
- Prepare and serve notices if required
