  • Marketing of your property on our website, major property portals and 'To Let' board
  • Meet with applicants and conduct viewings
  • Carry our referencing, credit check and right to rent check
  • Arrange relevant safety certificates
  • Prepare and sign tenancy agreement, collect first month’s rent and deposit
  • Meet with tenant at property for handover
  • Register deposit with deposit scheme
  • Comprehensive inventory & schedule of condition report
  • Notify the utility suppliers of the tenancy
  • Rent collection
  • Quarterly property visits
  • Routine Maintenance management & instruct approved contractors
  • Prepare and serve notices if required
